Ran two miles on the treadmill today feels good man.
Down to 117:-)
Aw I’m so happy I just did high intensity interval training and it’s a lot more easy and fun and I ran 1.3 miles, which isn’t much but I did burn 215 calories! Also I’ve only ate like 500 calories which means I have like 800 to go so I can have a big dinner oya oya.
I haven’t been on hee in a while, but I haven’t really been eating like I should either. Yesterday I ate like 1700 calories, and my goal is 1270, so that’s way over plus I only exersized like 15 minutes, burning 94 calories. But my weight has been flucuating between 118 and 120 which is annoying because I’ve been eating better and working out more than I ever have in my...
Workout schedule for week January 3-10.
Monday: 2.5 minutes walking, 5 minutes jogging, 10 minutes running, 2.5 minutes walking or until it’s one mile, + 100 ab exercises. Tuesday: Run/jog 1.3 miles + 100 ab exercises.
